5 elements to create real transformation in your life.
Cognition. Community. Meditation. Application. Insight.

“The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence — it is to act with yesterday’s logic.”
We get it. We all want better lives. We all want to be better. I don’t think anyone actively wishes for their life to be worst. But how come we stay stuck in these same patterns that never seem to end. How come after giving ourselves pep talk after pep talk, hard look in the mirror after hard look, and the typical conversation with ourselves where we tell ourselves “today is the day”. Yet, nothing happens. We remain the same and sooner than later we forget all about this big goal we had and return to living the same life we were living. This is the standard way people learn. We watch Ted Talks, Youtube videos and documentaries. Simple. Yet this is where most people stop. Since it requires so little effort to indulge in, we stay stuck in a comfort zone and convince ourselves that watching whatever documentary of video we were watching is enough to actually change our lives. When we think about enrolling in a course or certificate, this is primarily the method we use to learn.
2. Community.
In transformational theory this is often called social discourse. It means that whatever you learn, you take it to someone else and work with them. You let them teach you. This accelerates the process of learning by a mile. It has been scientifically proven that when we explain a concept or topic to someone else, our subconscious mind learn to hold on to this information with even more depth. Intuition is a very important skill to develop during this phase, usually better practiced with a partner so you can…
